Arriving by your own car

If participants drive (from within Portugal or rented car):

- Use navigation (e.g. Google Maps, Waze) to “Rua Soeiro Pereira Gomes, Lisboa / 1600-198”
- The hotel provides on-site garage parking and a parking area in front of the building.
- Because the hotel is in a central area, expect some traffic during peak hours (morning / evening). Leave extra margin.
- Once parked, guests walk from the parking area into the hotel lobby.
- If participants are arriving from, say, highway A1 or A2, they would enter via Lisbon’s ring roads or city arteries and approach the hotel from the direction of Praça de Espanha or via Avenida das Forças Armadas, depending on origin. (You can generate a custom route for each origin.)

Public transportation (within Lisbon / local transit)

For people already in Lisbon (staying elsewhere) or arriving by train, here is a suggested route:

- From a central point (say, Praça do Comércio, Avenida, or Baixa), take metro or buses to Praça de Espanha or Entrecampos depending on convenience

- From Praça de Espanha (Blue Line), exit and walk ~8 minutes to the hotel

- Alternatively, from Entrecampos train station, walk ~5–13 minutes to the hotel

- Also, bus lines that stop close to the hotel include 52B, 701, 731, 754, 756 (stop “R. Soeiro Pereira Gomes”)

Example: from Restauradores (central Lisbon), you could take bus 732 toward Faculdade Farmácia, and disembark near the hotel.

In your app, you might write something like:
“Walk to Metro / Bus stop → take metro to Praça de Espanha → walk ~8 min to hotel, or take a local bus to R. Soeiro Pereira Gomes stop → 2-3 min walk”.

From Lisbon Airport (LIS) to the hotel

Here are a few practical options, with approximate times and costs (as of current known data):

a) Metro + walking / transfer

- At Lisbon Airport, take the Red Line (Linha Vermelha) metro from Aeroporto station toward São Sebastião → transfer to Blue Line toward Reboleira → get off at Praça de Espanha.

- Then walk ~8 minutes to the hotel.

- This option is reasonably fast (depending on train frequency) and avoids surface traffic.

b) Direct / semi-direct bus + short walk

- Take Bus 731 from the airport direction “Av. Cidade L. Marques N → B. Santos → … → hotel area” — this is cited as one possible direct route

- Alternatively, use Bus 744 (airport → Entrecampos) then walk from Entrecampos to the hotel.

- Or combine Bus 2713 (airport → Campo Grande) then transfer to another bus (701) to get nearer to the hotel.

- These bus + walk routes typically take 25–35 minutes depending on traffic.

c) Taxi / ride-share

- From airport to hotel by car is about 5–6 km, generally ~10–15 minutes (depending on traffic).

- Cost is roughly in the range of €7-€10 (may vary with night surcharge or bag fees).

- This is the most direct option, especially if carrying luggage or arriving late.
