About us

PORTUGAL DREAMIN’® is a community-led Salesforce event held in Portugal, organized by volunteers to bring the Salesforce community together through knowledge sharing and networking.

Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Upload or transmit any malicious content or spam

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Event registration

Event registration is handled through Eventbrite.
When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Comply with Eventbrite’s Terms of Service
  and Privacy Policy

Ticket purchases, refunds, and related matters are managed directly through Eventbrite.

Speakers

If you submit a session proposal (“Call for Speakers”), you confirm that:

• The content you submit is your own or you have the right to share it
• You grant Portugal Dreamin’ permission to use your bio, photo, and presentation information for event promotion (website, social media, printed materials, etc.)
• You will not share confidential or proprietary information without authorization

Code of conduct

PORTUGAL DREAMIN’® is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers.
Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removing individuals from the event, if the Code of Conduct is violated.

Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to PORTUGAL DREAMIN’®.
You may not reproduce or use any part of the website or event materials without prior permission.

Limitation of liability

Portugal Dreamin’ is not responsible for:

• Any losses, damages, or injuries incurred while attending the event or using the website
• Third-party content or links
• Service interruptions, errors, or technical issues

Your use of the website and attendance at the event are at your own risk.

Changes or cancellation

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. safety concerns, force majeure, venue issues).
If this occurs, registered attendees will be notified and provided with options where applicable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
